South Korean mobile phone sales 96% from smartphone

Smart phones have led to a south Korean cellphone market, in the past 12 months, the south Korean mobile phone sales are from 96% of the smartphone.

GfK, according to data released by the past 12 months, South Korea smartphone sales reached 5.45 billion us dollars, up 129% increase. GfK South Korea Moongen Kwon says general manager, "South Korea Internet penetration rate is high, so the user more regular cell phone to upgrade to the smartphone. Last year, the mobile phones sold four 5 are all smart phones, which makes South Korea as smart phones popularization, the highest penetration rate fastest country."

GfK data showed that, in the past 12 months, South Korea sold 85% of mobile phone for smart phones, year-on-year growth of 55%, the average monthly smartphone sales for 96000 department.
